Shipping Policy

Good things take a minute. Here’s how it works.

🖨️ Processing time: 2–5 business days
Every shirt is made fresh, just for you, after you order. No warehouse full of leftovers here.

📦 Shipping time: 3–7 business days
We ship within the US. Our boat’s faster, but others do the driving.
Total from order to your door: about 5–12 business days.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you don’t see it, peek in your spam folder. It likes to hide there.

Shipping cost: We charge a $4.95 flat rate.

If something goes sideways: Lost package, weather delay, or a typo in the address? It happens to the best of us. Email us and we’ll help sort it out.

Holiday heads-up: Shipping slows down around the holidays. Order early so that Christmas gift shows up on time, not on New Year’s.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your gear. Both on the move and when you’re chilling after.

We accept returns within 30 days if:

You received the wrong size, color, or item
Your gear arrived damaged

To return an item, it must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Send a photo, original packaging & tags and your order info to our team at: 716upperriverdrift@gmail.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

Use the size chart before ordering to make sure you get the correct size.

We’ll email you once we receive your return, and refunds usually process within 10 business days.
