Refund policy
Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, in which you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria: you were sent the wrong size, wrong product, wrong color or your product arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Reason for return and picture proof of the item showing the issue or reason for return. Please remember, all products are unique and produced only once when you order. This means that returns and exchanges won't be supported if you order the wrong size, color, product or changed your mind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. That means there is a slight variation in the placement of the print, and it will not be considered defective.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. All sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
